exactly one more week of school left!!!

that is what i wanted to do in class today.
scream..

i think ive really been hit by senioritis.
either that or my classes have been a bit
more lax this semester than semesters prior
because
1. ive become a slacker who doesnt remember
hw assignments till minutes prior...sometimes
2. make more random mistakes.
3. hit by asian time
(normally. im on time. ready. responsible)

i think i care just a wee bit less.

need to be a better steward of things.
-loosing things is not okay.

over the span of this past week...or couple weeks
leading up to a series of events..my life got struck
into a different path this summer...i am eager to see
what happens and what i learn after it all.....(i think
i shall document it to note and see the changes...
but that shall be kept a secret till the end of it all...)

An update on life..

Life at the moment.... i think there was too much going on that i couldnt get myself to write these past days...lifes been filled with people.work.intern.school. I've been improving somewhat in my qt's these past days and some random verses that stuck out to me was...

2 Corinthians 3:17 (NIV) 

"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom." 

idk why but this verse always seems to make me smile.. :)

2 Timothy 4:7 

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” 

As i read the bible passage on being ready "in" and "out" of season...i would like to be able to say this at the end of my life!  

God is good, all the time, He is good. Despite my failures He still loves me, and truly provides all the time. Never underestimate his power and love! 

Different opportunities have been coming my way but i cant decipher whether its good or bad. to take or leave it. When i think about the future i dont want to be confined in a cubicle doing the same tasks every week, but at the same time i think id appreciate the consistency within it. At times, other things excite me more than jobs for my current major and then i come to think "am i really going to waste my hard earned college degree/studies/life for that?" Then again, I'm called to come out of my comfort zone. Life is filled with surprises and in the end, whats the purpose of all your toil if it isn't to glorify the Lord? Therefore.....cast all your burdens to the Lord, trust in him always, place him before all things, seek him alone, and live to glorify Him in your work place, surroundings, home, school, relationships...life!

Every Sunday should be Easter attire.

SPRING is here and that means swimsuit season!
i was browsing through jcrew swimwear and they
get better and better every year! i love all the prints
especially their amory floral! (above)

one of my little addictions is buying swimwear!
in season and out of season. typically on impulse.
i think ive purchased about 5 this past year but
living in the city where the beach is so far &
inconvenient + no swimming pools, gives little
opportunity/reason to ever use/wear them
to the point some has never been worn!........
hopefully that will change this summer..but
its not looking too bright as ill be in the city
again for practically the whole period.... :(

its amazing to see how one event affects all parts
of the world.

with thousands of deaths and still in the counting,
japans economic losses estimate to $300 billion
[property damage, business interruption losses, nuclear

its amazing to see people unite and reach out in efforts to
alleviate the disaster. (these are only a few)
-Uniqlo's CEO Tadashi Yanai donated from his own pocket
$12 million to the Japanese Red Cross + $5 million from
the company and $8. 6 million in clothing.
-Forever 21 donated 100% of its global online sales of
March 18, 2011, which came to a total of about $2 million.

-people in japan have other things to worry about...not fashion
therefore they are not spending. the japanese market makes up
about 20% of some luxury brands....!!
-japan manufactures many different parts such as automobile+
electronics--> has worldwide effects.
-food+water contaminated by radioactive materials.
-lack of care for the elderly, animals :(
